From the previous post <\/a>you might know that I attended FOSS.in’10 and gave a talk on Ftrace in Fedora Mini-Conf.<\/a><\/p>\n

I had great time there. Meeting with friends. talks, technical discussions on the flight\/ at the venue\/ at dinner…<\/p>\n

Apart from all the keynotes<\/strong> and Fedora Mini-Conf<\/strong>, I attended following talks:-<\/p>\n

Operating System Caches in a virtualized environment<\/strong> – Balbir Singh
\nBeyond init – systemd <\/strong> – Lennart Poettering
\nZFS (ZettaByte File System) Port on Linux<\/strong> –\u00a0 Anand Mitra
\nGetting started with Fedora Embedded and QEMU\/ARM hands-on <\/strong> – Saleem Ansari<\/p>\n

I liked the Balbir and Lennnart talk. I work on the ZFS Port on Linux, so obviously I liked it.<\/p>\n

The keynote Failures of Fedora and what we learned from it <\/strong>by Rahul<\/a> was great.\u00a0 The Fifth ‘F<\/strong><\/em>‘ is very important for any project.<\/p>\n

We had lot of fun at Fedora dinner party on 15th. First finding the restaurant with Pink Wall ..:) . We then ended up at Sahib Singh Sultan<\/em> at Forum Mall.<\/em> Other two evening were also good. Farenheit <\/strong>and Raghu Dixit <\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/em>with his team performed on 16th and 17th respectively.\u00a0 I liked both of them.<\/p>\n

We did great with Fedora Mini-Conf. Everyone of us was well prepared and was able to hold the audience. We rocked at Mini-Conf.<\/p>\n

As we all know that there will not be any foss.in next year. It was great effort by the foss.in team to run the show for 10 years.<\/p>\n

At the same time it will be good for new folks to come up and arrange the event like this. I would like to be part of it .. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
